The business environment has becoming exceptionally unsteady and competitive recently. Information technology advancements ever changing customer preferences played a substantial role in an increase of the significance highly productive, committed loyal employees. These changes bring both advantages challenges need to be addressed. more accelerate, issues come up solve timely manner. For any organizations, not only taking care customers but also employees organization should treated equally better about their psychological physical health as well creating healthy work environment. objective current research is study correlations workload, job burnout organizational commitment case nurses working Health Center Selenge aimag, Mongolia.
